• The Red Hair Finnigan -Act2

    October 2043 - July 2044

In October, The Borough's producer asks him to play one episode for them, he agrees because he doesn't have anything else to do (his rookies program is pretty light) but mostly because he wants to see the cast again, he grew pretty fond of them and most of them share the feeling, and apparently it could boost his success on the screen. People crave for ginger.
The episode he appears (the seventh), he's still the boy who has daltonism (not like he could do anything for that) and comes in the town to say hello, stay during the whole episode just to meet the new guy who takes his place. Literally, he's the new student and make the choice to film all the famous people (or at least, he thinks they are) he encounters. But like everything has to have drama, the girl he's been filming (because she got such a hectic life) has heartache and it isn't that interesting when you just keep mourning. Especially when you're such a sexy girl -well, people's words not Tomas, the new guy (and he bounds pretty well with the actor who interprets him, Jun Hosokawa)-, and Alden comes back just to be a rebound, because of course it's just for one episode.
He gives his first kiss on the screen.
And since he's almost the show's mascot, he's guested to the comic-con (a contraction of comic convention, where some actor come to answer fan's questions) and his sweetness charms all the convention. Then he remembers Cameron told him to have more success by being accessible to people and let them believe he's disposable for them, but he doesn't even have to act, the fans are just as sweet and kind with him that he just want to hug them. So he does. He thanks (most of) them and it's very new because he hasn't so much contact physic with others since he's little.
His dad isn't a cuddly person, his grandparents doesn't like him, the Potters aren't really spontaneous (he had to ask Claire to have one and it's little awkward to ask Albus who he isn't that close), his brother and him aren't that sweet with each other to cuddle (but with Loan it's another story), he used to hug lightly Eileen but she said she doesn't enjoy that very much (however it seems she can do exception for Lev), even with his lovers it wasn't that close. Cleisthenes and Felicity doesn't seem to like snuggling (because it's just sex?), but Julian likes that and Aiden misses that. Honestly he misses Julian, but he thinks it's very selfish of him to recall his ex just to cuddle when the last time he saw him it's already for comfort. And the more he thinks about that the more he finds him despising himself. How dare him to see the sweet muggle-born just for his only comfort, maybe Julian doesn't want to see him and he's just too polite to refuse or maybe he already has someone and didn't say anything because he did his fucking baby panda eyes (well, apparently it's because of his dad, no one can refuse something when the Finnigan do that. Even cheating, oops). So, yeah, maybe he should forget his first ex boyfriend for awhile.

(Until the destiny brings him back.)

Later, he auditions for a sit-com (contraction of Situation Comedy which names Where's the destiny? Funny fact, isn't it?) but isn't taken. However, he's pretty and the producer let him play and appear for five episodes. He interprets one of the main character's cousin, a shy schoolboy. Or it's what he let the public thought. 'Cause at first, he doesn't speak at all, he exchanges with others only by writing in his bloc-note and they only hear him when he sings. Like he just wants to preserve his voice. In the last episode he appears he eventually talks. A lot. And the producer make him a prick, he's daddy's boy and is rich and he was a real jackass that everybody just want to punch him (like worst than the Jasper character, yeah). Then, when he left the cast, the public just think that if he was bullied enough to make him not talk again except to sing well, it's his bad.
As he doesn't have anything to do, he decides to join some agency struggling against Carnivores people. Because if everyone just eat leguminous and other agriculture that humans cultivate, the world will be better and have less violence. Because, meat, really? That just make him want to throw up his guts.
(And apparently his act in The Borough is pretty convincing for some people to stop and change their meal.)

And it seems that his prick acting pleases some producer. There is a project which wants polyglot actors (well, they can always learn, but if they already know, it's great) and multifunction. The producer has some crush on him and wants him to play in the show, whatever his role. Albeit she has some affliction for bad boy. And since he just wants a job, he accepts all the request she asks and even tells what he could do.
It seems to charm the producer. 'Cause all she does when she casts other actors is ask them if they know hot to speak others languages or could do some stuff. Most of them said they can learn new idioms, but it'll be complicate for the other stuff like gymnasts figures, but then there are always stuntmen.
In March 2045, they begin filming, in Canada.
They are seven mains characters, all of them playing in their twenties and members of a special agency. R-Dream.
He meets the man who will play his impossible love because of the agency policy that forbidden relationship between colleagues, Kyle Fronsky. Actually, neither of them kissed boy (well, on the screen, Aiden technically knows how to kiss a boy) and it's a bit awkward for the co-star because he's 100% heterosexual and isn't attracted at guys at all (well, the fact that he denies too much is quite suspiscious but he won't be the one to say that out loud). So, Aiden decides to make the first act, he could lead the scenes where they will kiss just for the show. Kyle is all grateful and embarrassed. And he's 25, while Aden's (his show name) nearly 19. The funny fact is he'll play the younger member, a brat, gay and who despite girls and all physic contact with them, whereas he's sure is the younger (and more than his character who is 21), but bi and adores cuddle with both girls and guys, he just likes to be close and handled by other.
Well, quite difficult for Bastian, his role, who scowl for most of the time.
And another interesting thing is that Kyle (Jason's interpret) seems to hit to Jasmine Linnet, who her character Dora is fond of Bastian, who is also Aden's close friend. So the real life (Kyle>Jasmine, Aden&Jasmine) is totally different from the show (Bastian&Jason, Dora>Bastian).
After the film, they are all excited to celebrate their hard work, and because Aden is part of the original cast he really wants to attend too, but he's still too young, 'cause American laws don't allow him to drink until he's 21 (and yeah, they film most of the time at Canada, but it's americans' show, so they have to follow the laws). Which is really ironic because he play a guy at this age, so while they are all cheering and want to celebrate that by drinking, Aden has to go home because he's still underage, which sucks.
At least he won't have hangover.
Well, it isn't that he has better to do. So, instead of going home (in the apartment he buys just to have an address), he crashes in Wyatt. But it seems the singer is pretty busy, so he's alone in the Devon-Rowle apartment. Bored, he goes to the web to entertain him and try to search his name. But then he receives a text from Cameron (because the manager thinks that if they hadn't anything to contact it'll be problematic), whereof gives him some leisure : respond fan's letter.

And it's great deal because he totally forgets his boredom as he spends all his time to write or draw something for his fans. And he has plenty, well for him it's many.
And he couldn't know but that make his fan even more enthusiastic about him. Especially when they receive his drawings, which is really exceptional.
He chats a lot with them. It's practically all he does.

Later, he's guest in a Police show, which gives him the chance to play beside some really professional actor. He plays a nerd college boy, who faking his identity to be a high schooler to date the girlfriend, who is a policeman's daughter, the one who will interrogate him because he got some link with the died man. Dorm mate, in college, not high school. So, yeah, he messes up his relationship.

When all the montage of R-Dream is ready, every actors receive their copy of the complete show with a date to reunite for a comic convention. It's quite an artwork for him because it is his first main saga, that he wishes has a continuation.
But it seems that he's lucky, because it's pretty well welcomed. The audience is quite impressed, people were just talking about the show. It's not long, there are only thirteen episodes but it lasts one hour and twenty minutes, like a telefilm. And each episode tells its own story but basically they follow some chronology (it's like one episode for one month). At the comic convention to present the show, they ask him a lot of questions relating his act and his personality. Is he really a nerd (Someone with a geek behavior)? Yes, he is, especially for DC comics and his favorite superhero is the Flash. In one episode, the audience learn that Bastian was a bullied kid, is he too? No, he isn't, he can even say that he is the one who bullied bullies (that does not really make sense, but yeah). How many languages could he speak? Actually, he's fluent with only five: English (British one), Irish, French, Russian and Chinese (only mandarin, and he could only talk and understand because writing and reading those difficult ideograms is another story), but he can handle basic conversation in Spanish, Italian, Bulgarian  (and why that? They ask dumbfoundly and all he can do is shrug) and Danish (which apparently Swedish and Norwegian could understand). And maybe little Japanese, if he's really honest.
What the fan (and others) can say is 'He know everything?'.
And what he can say immediately is 'No, he couldn't because if he really does then he hasn't has to struggle with Chinese writing or some Japanese/Danish words.'
(Immediately, because he already has this fight and doesn't want to be considered like someone who know everything and learn things like soldier.)
Then, the last question which give him an adorable and sweet image. In the show, the Bastian character is a boy born by a carrier, a man who can care a baby. Basically he only has two dads for his conception, no surrogate mother. So he didn't know that women could be pregnant, this is why he despises female gender. But what about Aden? Is he really that oblivious about women? What about his mother, or his parent for that matter?
Aden hesitates for just one minute, but it was enough for the audience to understand that he really is touched by the question. So, he answers honestly.
Yes, so far, he doesn't know anything about women. He means that until sixteen, he never understand why some women or girls have one week per month strange behavior, he never know that they have to make up to feel pretty or secure because the appearance is everything for them and that they have totally different underwear. Like really different. Anyway, he knows nothing about women because he didn't have a mother to raise him and teach him that. Sure, he has a dad, who frequents women and he was raised by one who has such important impact in his life (like all the languages and the art martial technics he knows), but he never knew that women is that different to men.
The next question is about his feelings. He doesn't despite them, why would he? He ain't at their place, he never knows what they could think while they raise their children, because he's not the one who cares a baby for nine months. And sure, there is some people who use artificial uterus (and he will never understand them because you have the chance to care a new life, why don't you choose to do so?), but it's very long time. It's two hundred days which you take care a new life in your body, it's part of you. And sure, there are some bad people who will mistreat their child because they're insane or they will abandon their kids because of some worries, like him, but he will never despite or hates his mother.
And why not? The next question blurts. Because he has every rights to hate her, because he will never know what it feels to have a maternal figure beside him, he will never know what it feels like to have her protection, her embrace, the mother's love.
Aden swallows and responds quietly. "You're right. I have every rights. But I won't. Because, as you said I never knew what having a mother look like. I have some women who took care of me, they are themselves mothers and look after their children in each way, but they aren't my mum, they aren't the woman who carried me for nine months, and maybe I was born by artificial uterus but it doesn't make sense that she abandons me because excuse my French but it cost one arm and one leg that shit, and maybe I'm ungrateful to them as they are really lovely but every child just want their real parents. Don't you notice that an orphan couldn't bear to be adopted? Or that toddlers don't want to be discipled by someone other than their parents? It's only because they love their parent even if they're abandonned or mistreated. And I will tell you without hesitation that I still love my mum, even if she did that. Because if she didn't, I won't be here and be the one I am today. I won't be the boy who grew up with the thought of finding his mother, I won't be the man who sit in front of you and telling all of this. And if I have the luck to see her again, and I know I will, I will hug her (everyone smiles at this, because he's really a cuddle whore) and tell her 'here I am after what you did. I'll forgive you because you make me the one I am.'. Because I'm proud of who I am."
There is some people who wipe their watering eyes and smile at him again. Aden himself is little shaken of emotion. Then the girl who ask him this upsetting question talk again.
    "Thank you."
And it seems that is more about her than him.
So Aden smiles kindly at her and responds. "Thank you for your question."

The next day, the web is launching about this interview.
