He's related to the Halliwel and went to the past, in 2004, with Chris Perry, a half-witch half whitelighter. Working with Chris, they defeated the titans thanks to his powers.

Only Chris communicated with the sisters and Leo and using the book of shadow, pretending to get rid of the evil that will touch Wyatt Halliwel, the twice blessed. He still had issue with Leo Wyatt. While he's on demon hunt, the sisters and Leo dealt with the cleaners and that Wyatt is the Excalibur wielder.

Well, that was until the Halliwel got their identity usurpated by the Stillman and that 'Phoebe' hit on Tyson, who, disgusted, told her that's incest. While Chris groaned about future consequence, the actual Halliwel came up and Chris got that something's up and messed with the Stillman. Once that done, Phoebe recognized some of Cole's trait on Tyson while Piper and Paige asked about the meaning. Ty told them that he was adopted into the Halliwel family by the time his halfsibling was grew up enough to deal with a half-demon (7). And being insensitive, Phoebe asked about the father of her future kid and Ty got angered saying how cruel she was being. The future boys then left while telling the sisters their selfishness would cause the end of the world due how bad they treated Wyatt that happened to be the evil they're fighting.

They kept using the book of shadow in the sisters' back and while on demon hunt, they came across a half-manticore baby. Chris, unable to kill it although wanting to vanquish it, bring it to the sisters hoping that Leo would know. Ty was upset they easily accepted the baby while they were so hostile to him, and the reason of him being the Source's Heir wasn't good enough. After Derek picked up his son, Piper and Leo got that Chris was their son and wanted to talk, but Chris wasn't having any of it. Saying that he just came in the past to save Wyatt. While Piper and Leo talk about his cold shoulder they eventually realize they're probably not alive in the future to let Wyatt be evil and by Chris' behavior that reminded of Phoebe when meeting their mother.

When Paige went into the late 60s to understand how gram became misandry, gram was summoned in the present to deal with the magic school and how it's bad for witch coven. And also met the great grandson.

Paige had to end her relation with Richard, which the cousins had no information (neither for Jason for that matter), while Piper will be celebrating her birthday with some mortals but all plans fell when summoned accidentally the boys' gram. Patty like Penny weren't that upset about Ty being half-demon, especially when they saved Wyatt from the order. Later, Ty could finally touch the book of shadows as Pheobe got the legal guard of baby Ty.

While roasting his baby self (and later discovering that he shimmer rather than flame), Ty was impressed how the two babies could stand each other power wise. And although Chris' multiple attempt to make them focus, all plans are pushed back when Victor Bennett dropped by and became the boys' favorite. And not just because he paid them dinner, though it did play a good part as none of them had any money. Not to say that Ty actually did charm his way to have foods with both genders. Victor managed to relax the boys by telling them to use the opportunity of them being there to enjoy their mother but Chris remained in the reserved as by his calculation, he could miss his birth.

Bianca appeared and threatened to bring Chris back, and only him. It useless as Wyatt wouldn't even remember having a brother as he's not even near conception. When he disappeared in the ghostly plane, Bianca went back not knowing what was her objective and Ty's left alone fearing losing his favorite cousin. But Chris reappeared and he finally talked to his parents who got the gist and did what they need to do. Except, before they could actually talk, Chris flew away pretending demon hunting.

Too bad, there's the spider demon that came for Piper and Chris nearly died with her. Ty vanquished her and is judged by Gideon when they put Piper in the magic school as he can enter without consequence. During the case making almost executing Daryll, Ty used his part Demon being soulless and used magic to fix the issue, modifying all the traces. Anyway, they finally caught Gideon on the act after the whole case with alternate world and it was baby Ty that saved Wyatt (being kidnapped with). 

The cousins went back to the future only to find that Piper and Leo deceased 4 years ago, on a plane to their honeymoon to Brazil as Leo's mortal just after Chris' birth and the brothers both left the manor for higher study in New York. They now live in New York, Wyatt choosing to live with his brother and Seth while Phoebe and her family (mortal husband Cecil got blind by an evil witch and three girls, Precilia 2007 2006, Pandora 2010 2007 and Patricia 'Trish' 2011 2009) live in the manor and Paige with Richard at the Montana estate with their two children Rachel 2008 and George 2010. Ty remained a wild card and is going here and there. The three girls are the future Charmed ones who could use the power of three once all in age as the Jenkins will protect the innocent in the meantime (Christy was the exact thing Chris was avoiding with Wyatt, raised and turned evil by the Infernal Council who wanted the Warren and Jenkins to fight each other as good witch so they could rule the underworld by being the next powerful after the source, as the triad were vanquished by Cole). When their memories came through. Chris and Wyatt talked about how they should let their mother moving on by recycling her soul with their dad as he didn't wanted to become a whitelighter again. Hopefully, they would find each other in their next life, like they always did. 

Alternative universe from the conversation. If the cousins had traveled way back to when Piper born and changed Victor's job so he could be more present for his wife and girls and future girls, then Paige (with psychokinesis, could have cryokinesis but past life was evil) would have been their full sister and the four would grow up as witch without their power bound, plus a son named Patrick who's past life is Penny's grandfather. Sam Wilder is still just Patty's whitelighter, while Leo's Penny. And Nathalie's the girls. They could have save find Christy back. Prue ended up with Cole having a son that's counterpart of Source's heir, Piper as she can't have offspring with Derek by adopting Seth, Phoebe with Drake after saving his life and delivering the Charmed ones and Paige with Richard, helping him deal by being human with his magic issue a magic school. Patrick's born in 1980 who ended up with Christy and is cope, took up the role of Andy and Darryl.

If the cousins went to where the sisters all moved out of the manor and pushed Penny to permanently bound the sisters' magic. Prue and Phoebe would eventually came back as their relation and dream didn't work out and live with grams again The sister reunited as grams' passing and bonded with Paige who came to the funeral by saying that Penny was like a gram to her too. Prue ended up with Andy. Phoebe would eventually ended with Cole who's in love with her personality, Paige would came around being first Leo Sam's charge then a whitelighter and will help Kyle Richard, Piper would have a daughter with Josh who inherited her power, Pandora, then twins, Beatrice and Erin, with Dan who couldn't accept the magic in her blood. So Piper had to raise her kids with her sisters and Leo, their sort of whitelighter, but then meet Derek.

2010, Wyatt found back his half-demon friend Seth as they went on school together.

2020, when Wyatt became the king of the world, Seth answered the call. Since then, he's his right-hand.

2026, after discovering that the little brother Chris went to the past, Wyatt yell at treason while Seth's hoping Chris will succeed. He didn't even relent when Wyatt told him that Chris tried to break their bond by wanting the sisters of the past to vanquish his baby self. And as Chris returned to the past, he maintained Bianca's life while trying to reason Wyatt by telling him to go back after Chris and see by himself.

Back in early 2004, Wyatt came after the whole ordeal with the order and kept sending demons after Chris. Wyatt never actually attacked Chris by himself, but would tired him off so he let his guard down. He finally appeared in front of his very alive family ans deal with the mata hari by scaring her of Phoebe's body and getting rid of the swarm demon with past Excalibur, making his family understand how evil he was. As he was trying to be understanding of Chris' point of view, he summed up all the changes he did (Leo as elder, Paige alive, tried to separate/vanquish Seth among other) yet resulting at nothing more than him being chased out of the manor, giving him point of how it's useless and that he should go back to the future once and for all. The sisters asked them to stay, with both Phoebe and Paige having breaking it off with their boyfriend after Mata Hari and returning in the manor, but no one knew where to put adult Wyatt, who said that if they wanted to help him, they had to convince Chris there's nothing they could do and to just ask around to show he's not evil. Hence the neutral demon to scan his baby self, to enter magic school that did not let evil enter and he's really adamant to not enroll his younger self there. Putting some hint to Chris. As the first birthday of his baby self was approaching, Wyatt started to question what is the deadlines. Chris refused to answer and kept looking for the demon before lashing out when being pushed and said that it would better this way, since Wyatt didn't need him by having Seth. Wyatt relented and wondered if that's true.

Back in the dark future, Bianca regain consciousness and talk to Seth. If she's worried for Chris at first, Seth manages to calm her down, saying that if Wyatt harmed his brother, they would somehow sense it. Or Seth, at least, as he can sense, although Biance pointed that it could be difficult through time. Seth continue to calm her down, saying that Wyatt cares too much about his brother to maim him lethally. Bianca says that he wasn't there when she brought him in the present, resulting in her near death and Seth has to relent at that. But then, he starts to tell her what he knew about the Wyatt he knew and how he come to follow him. When the three titans were released, Paige died from the titans as Meta absorbed her power along her fellow titans. Baby Wyatt, not even one, replaced her in the power of three and the two other sisters had to up-grade their way to vanquish the evil without spell (titans got defeated by falling into a chasm, locking them in the thanatos). In one vanquishing with his mother, they met baby Seth and the two babies befriend even if Seth's half-demon. The outcome happened the same way (pack of manticore taken down, and Derek regain his humanity and raise Seth). Then Chris' born and Wyatt was kidnapped by Gideon up-there, once Gideon killed in self-defense, the other elder brought him down by pretexting they found him in the underground, with Gideon protecting at the cost of his life. Piper and Leo and Phoebe just keep blessing the man, warping Wyatt's view of good and evil and he promised himself to protect Chris from the elder, and grew up with that in mind. Then, Leo's promoted as elder and the brothers were sent to magic school for safety and because it was Gideon's protected place, now ran by another elder who was also watching on the brothers. But, when Wyatt was seven, he asked to go mortal school and met Seth again while Chris lost his brother and best friendwhile it was him that wanted to go mortal school. As the brothers went back living like mortals, the elders asked Waytt following some training because in the meantime, Piper and Phoebe had to deal with demons by themselves in the five years. So Chris spent a lot of time with his mother and aunt, trying to replace his brother as power of three. Eight years later, when Wyatt was in training, the power of three was broken again with both Piper and Phoebe dying. Wyatt turned obsessed by the power and started a killing spree on the demon first, then the cleaners and the tribunal because they were going to judge Chris for using magic in front of mortals as he wanted to save their mother and aunt, and finally on the elders because they were at fault by restraining him while Chris was calling for help. Two years later, as of age seventeen, Wyatt became the ruler of the world and summoned the demon that swear to follow him everywhere, including Seth. Wyatt eventually got Chris under his wing after their grandfather's death a year later. At first, seeing how he got the demons under his fist and that no demon where attacking witches, Chris was willing to ignore how his brother's orb where black, but when the demon were exposing magic as there were no cleaner nor tribunal and killing mortals, Chris started to ask question. Seth was always on Wyatt's side, at first only punishing the bad mortals/the guilty but then protecting Wyatt from the rebels that didn't like his ruling. Four years later, Chris fell for Bianca and keeping their relation lowkey especially from the probes, as they were planning on saving Wyatt by going in the past while Bianca played nice by following Wyatt's order. Bianca now knew that Wyatt become the ruler of the world to protect Chris, the meaning's good but the way's not. Seth reassures her that if they did find the evil that turn Wyatt in that manner, everything would end. When Bianca says they will disappear then, it reminded Seth of Wyatt's gaslight, and when he said that Wyatt knew that, but would made sure their baby/toddler selves meet. Bianca's not enthused as she knew that as phoenix, she wouldn't have any relation with the good people, and because Seth's only half-demon, he had a chance to meet the Halliwell, not her.

February 2004, Wyatt sees Chris disappearing from existence by his birthday. When his parents asked him what he want, he almost ask a sibling, but held himself back. He wondered if Chris not existing would actually change him, as he did become so powerful for his sake. But as both his parents disappear too, he filled with rage, and went after the darklighter, while killing any of them in sight, one begged for mercy by telling him who hired them for the abduction of an elder. When knowing that's another elder, Wyatt went after him and torture him as having flashback of the man who traumatized him and distorted his view. When he killed him, he became good by losing his goatee and having shorter hair but long enough to mistake it with Chris'. By the time his parents came back, Chris was here too and the reunion got tearful. Then, without telling them who Chris really is, Wyatt told his parents that if they could let him meet Seth, the half-manticore baby, that would be the next best thing after giving him a little brother. Piper and Leo understood their little quickie made Piper pregnant again and were aback that was another boy. Wyatt refused to tell them the name and both future boys went back to the future, finding back, both of their lovers, somehow. It seemed that little Wyatt did some meddling in some young phoenix's life.
